Start with the gate
You don’t need to be home for a yard cleanup when we have reliable outdoor access. Tell us which side gate to use and share any instructions ahead of the visit. Check that the path is clear and the gate can open properly. We don’t enter homes to reach a yard.
Give your dogs their own space
Please keep your dogs secured away from the work area during service. Planning that separation ahead of time makes the visit easier for everyone. If your usual setup changes, contact us before the visit so we can confirm access.
Make the household trash can accessible
Collected waste is bagged and placed in your household trash can, with double-bagging when needed. Put the can where we can reach it and let us know its location. If pickup day or another change affects access to it, tell us in advance.
Point out all the places that need attention
Dogs don’t always keep to one corner. Let us know about side runs, separate fenced areas, or other parts of the yard included in your cleanup. Mention access limitations or hazards and keep the service area reasonably clear of obstacles.
For a first or one-time visit, share the starting point
Tell us approximately how long it has been since the last cleanup, how many dogs use the yard, and anything useful about its size or layout. That information helps us prepare your quote. One-time cleanups start at $60, with the final quote based on the work needed.
Know what happens next
Once your quote is approved and the required deposit is received, we’ll arrange your service. Recurring customers receive an assigned regular service day. After a visit, we secure the gate and send a completion confirmation. Need to skip? Please contact us at least 24 hours ahead.
